1. Agreement
By creating an account or using the MundaGuard AI platform you agree to these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
MundaGuard AI provides AI-assisted crop diagnosis, agronomic recommendations, weather intelligence, and farm-management tooling. AI outputs are decision support, not professional agronomic advice: results below our confidence threshold are flagged for expert review, and you remain responsible for operational decisions on your farm.
3. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten the security of the platform.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process it in order to operate the service — including generating diagnoses, synchronizing devices, and improving models with aggregated, de-identified data, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform: no unauthorized access, no scraping or bulk extraction of other users’ data, no reverse engineering of the AI models, and no use that violates applicable law.
6. Liability
The platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for crop losses, yield outcomes, or indirect damages arising from reliance on platform outputs. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
