MundaGuard AI (“we”, “us”) is an intelligent agricultural advisory platform operated by TechCrafterLabs. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the web dashboard, the mobile application, and the platform APIs.

2. Data we collect

• Account data — name, email address, role, and authentication credentials.
• Farm and field data — farm locations, field boundaries, crop cycles, and yield records you choose to store on the platform.
• Diagnostic data — crop images, observations, and geo-tagged field records submitted for AI analysis.
• Usage data — device information, log data, and product analytics used to keep the service reliable and secure.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to deliver diagnoses and recommendations, send the alerts you have enabled, synchronize offline field records, improve our AI models, and meet our legal obligations. Model improvement uses aggregated and de-identified data — your farm records are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

4. Data ownership and control

Your farm data belongs to you. You can export or delete your records at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your personal data from active systems within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is governed by role-based controls, and our infrastructure follows least-privilege principles with continuous monitoring.
